When security and domestic help come together

Neuss, June 11 – The Domestic Help Agency and Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe have announced their partnership and will work together to leverage synergies.

The goal of this partnership is to work hand in hand to provide care for people seeking assistance and to closely coordinate existing support services. In this way, both partners ensure seamless care so that no one seeking help is left without support—even in areas where one of the partners does not offer its own services.  The Agency for Home Help will introduce the home emergency call service to its clients, while the Johanniter will provide information about potential eligibility for home help during their visits.

“Through this partnership, we are expanding our services and will be able to provide more targeted support to people in need. We are very much looking forward to working with a strong partner and to the positive impact this will have on people across the country,” explains Anja Jungwald, Relationship Manager at the Agency for Domestic Help.

Both companies are pooling their expertise to provide this support in a flexible and direct manner to the households of those affected.

“The partnership effectively combines social care with social-economic support. This creates a network that holistically meets the needs of our clients,” says Hans Halbach, Head of Central Sales at Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe in Lower Saxony/Bremen.

Further information about the partnership is available upon request.
