As much help on site as possible
We are committed to fair, legally compliant dealings with customers, employees and partners. That is why we have clear standards and a confidential reporting office for possible indications of misconduct.
Compliance
The foundation of AfH's success is the trust placed in it by its customers. For this reason alone, it is essential for the domestic help agency that its employees always act in accordance with the law and regulations. In addition, the company is very concerned about the well-being of its employees, customers and other contractual partners. It is therefore necessary for AfH to become aware of possible misconduct by its employees in order to be able to comprehensively investigate, clarify and remedy such misconduct.
To this end, the AfH has set up a central reporting office and appointed Dr. von Coelln as an external ombudsperson. Employees and contractual partners of the Agency for Domestic Help can contact the ombudsperson at any time in confidence and anonymously if they wish, and report potential misconduct to her.
The reporting persons ("whistleblowers") do not incur any costs as a result. In addition, whistleblowers who submit such reports in good faith are protected by law from any form of discrimination that they might fear as a result of their report. The Agency for Domestic Help will punish violations of the prohibition of discrimination without exception.
You can reach the ombudsperson of the Agency for Domestic Help in person, by telephone, in writing, by fax or by e-mail using the following contact details.
