How we support you in obtaining a care degree

We help you to submit the correct application to the long-term care insurance fund or private long-term care insurance company. How is the support financed?
Many of our services can be billed via the relief service in accordance with Section 45b SGB XI. This relief service is aimed at people in need of care with a recognized care level of 1 to 5 and can be used specifically for household help, everyday support, accompaniment to appointments or other supportive activities in everyday life.
The Agency for Home Help supports you in correctly applying for respite services from your care insurance fund so that you can use the financial support without complications. We will provide you with comprehensive advice on which benefits are covered, how many hours per month are possible and which documents are required for the application.
By using the respite care service in accordance with Section 45b SGB XI, you can receive professional support in the home without incurring additional costs.
