Everyday support
Everyone has individual needs for relief. In most cases, you are entitled to assistance with everyday life, which gives you and your relatives structure and security to improve your quality of life.
Help and support in everyday life
If everyday life becomes a challenge due to physical limitations, you may be entitled to support in the form of everyday assistance, which you can apply for from care level 1 with your health insurance provider.
We will of course support you in this process and ensure that you receive the support you need quickly and smoothly.
Our qualified staff give you time, openness and quality of life so that you can start to enjoy your everyday life again. Whether it's a companion outside the home or simply a leisurely cup of coffee, our helpers will lend a sympathetic ear and help you to promote your independence.
What exactly does everyday support mean?
Everyday support is versatile and individual. This includes, for example
Accompaniment outside the home

Outdoor activities
Whether it's a visit to the weekly market, a leisurely stroll or a visit to the zoo, we will be happy to accompany you. Of course, your four-legged friend will not be forgotten.
Society against loneliness
Whether it's a cozy cup of coffee or a board game, we're there to listen, talk and laugh together.
Care for children with a care degree
(with the exception of the federal states of Hamburg, Saxony-Anhalt, Thuringia, Saarland and Saxony).
Frequently asked questions about everyday assistance
Who is entitled to support in everyday life from an everyday companion?
People with care level 1 or higher or those who have a doctor's prescription confirming the medical necessity of daily living assistance are primarily entitled to daily living assistance. In these cases, the services can be applied for and financed via the health insurance fund or care insurance fund.
Even if you don't have a care level, you can hire a private assistant at any time. Our trained helpers provide you with flexible and reliable support for everyday tasks that are difficult to perform - be it companionship, household support, shopping or organizational tasks. This means you can continue to live independently and safely at home while we make your everyday life noticeably easier.
How much does it cost to provide daily living assistance?
The cost of daily living assistance can vary depending on the federal state, care level, type of support required and individual living situation.
We provide you with comprehensive and individual advice, take your personal circumstances into account and show you the options for cost coverage by health insurance companies, care insurance companies or private funding. In this way, we ensure that you receive the right everyday assistance to relieve your everyday life and support your independence at home.
Are the everyday companions insured by the home help agency?
Yes, all employees of the domestic help agency are comprehensively insured. This means that both you as a customer and the helpers are covered in the course of their work.
The insurance ensures that all everyday assistance services - such as accompanying you to appointments, shopping, small household tasks or social activities - are provided professionally and responsibly. You can therefore feel safe at all times while our qualified and insured helpers reliably relieve your everyday life.
What services are included in everyday assistance?
Our everyday assistance includes many services designed to relieve you and can be tailored to your individual needs.
Our helpers are happy to accompany you out of the house for shopping or various visits to the authorities. They are also happy to help with visits to the doctor, important appointments or picking up prescriptions.
Away from appointments, going for a walk with you and your pets is also part of it. Because your everyday life also includes things like drinking a cup of coffee together, playing a nice board game or simply talking to each other.
The aim is to promote your independence, relieve the burden on your relatives and improve your quality of life.
How is everyday support financed?
Depending on the care level, doctor's prescription and individual situation, the costs for daily living assistance can be partially or fully covered by health insurance or care insurance. Eligible persons can apply for benefits via the care insurance fund, whereby the amount of support depends on the care level and individual needs.
Private commissioning is also possible without a care degree. We will be happy to advise you personally and show you the cost coverage options. In this way, we ensure that you receive the right everyday assistance to relieve your everyday life and support your independence at home.
