People with a recognized care degree or a doctor's prescription certifying the medical necessity of household help are primarily entitled to household help. In these cases, household help can be applied for and financed via the health insurance fund or long-term care insurance fund.

What costs are covered by health insurance?
Depending on the level of care, medical prescription and individual situation, the costs of home help can be partially or fully covered by health insurance or long-term care insurance.
