Frequently asked questions about everyday support

All people with a recognized care level (1-5) can receive support in everyday life. In many cases, the costs are covered by the care insurance fund via the so-called relief amount of €131 per month (Section 45b SGB XI). This means that people in need of care can be relieved at home - exactly where they feel most comfortable.

The costs depend on your individual needs. If you have a care level, our services can usually be billed in full via the care insurance fund - for example via the relief amount.
Everyday support is also possible without a care level. In this case, billing is based on hours, transparent and fair. We will be happy to advise you personally on the exact conditions.

Yes, of course. All our everyday helpers are covered by social and liability insurance. For our customers, this means that they can rely on safe and professional support - in everyday life and beyond.

Our everyday helpers are qualified and trained - either in accordance with Section 45b and Section 45c SGB XI or through internal AfH training courses. They also regularly take part in further training, for example on the topics of dementia, communication and first aid.
In this way, we ensure that every team member provides support with heart, expertise and humanity - just as you would expect from a helper next door.
