What is ME/CFS and Long Covid?
ME/CFS (myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome) and long Covid are serious, often long-term illnesses. Those affected suffer from extreme exhaustion, exercise intolerance (PEM), cognitive impairment ("brain fog") and many other symptoms. These illnesses are not psychosomatic - they are real, physical and profound.
Our aim is to give you the strength you need - by relieving you of tasks and improving your quality of life step by step.
