Will I, my practice, or the mother incur any costs?
No. The informational session is free of charge, and the home care services are billed directly through the health insurance provider in accordance with Section 24h of SGB V.
Who verifies the claim?
The health insurance company reviews each case individually. We’ll guide you through the process.
How quickly can support begin?
That depends on the review, approval, and regional availability. We'll go over the typical process during the meeting.
What happens if an application is denied?
Even then, the family won't be left on its own. We'll discuss the available options during the meeting.
Can I contact you about a specific case?
Yes—through the midwife hotline or your regional contact, whom you'll meet at the meeting.
